It’s simple. You can’t sell cars you don’t have. For dealerships to make money, you need to have an impressive inventory of cars and great customer service. You can’t afford to waste time with late pickups and deliveries, insufficient communication, and vehicles that arrive in less than pristine condition. You need a transport partner that not only ensures vehicle transfers are as seamless and stress-free as possible but also streamlines your entire inventory management process.
No matter if you are receiving vehicles from an OEM, acquiring them from an auction house, executing a dealer trade, or delivering purchases to customers, McCollister’s guarantees unmatched service for our clients. When you partner with us, we become an extension of your business. You’ll have a dedicated account manager, eliminating the need for multiple points of contact to handle your vehicle transport. By combining innovative technology and equipment with our over 80 years of logistics expertise, we optimize your vehicle transport, empowering you to focus on sales and customer satisfaction.
With our fleet of specialized transporters, crew of highly experienced drivers, network of trusted third-party partners (also known as 3PLs), and responsive operations team, McCollister’s ensures your cars arrive timely, safely, and securely so you can get keys in your customers’ hands faster.
Booking is easy through our online quoting system. Plus, we keep you connected through our real-time vehicle tracking and driver communication capabilities, so you know right where your cars are.
We provide nationwide enclosed vehicle transport using corporate-branded equipment operated by industry-leading drivers and technicians. Our custom-made Kentucky XL-12 trailers are built to OEM specifications and are especially designed to protect low-clearance and wide-body vehicles. These best-in-class enclosed carriers offer hard-side transport with hydraulic liftgates, air-ride suspension, and soft strap tie-downs to keep your automobiles safe from debris, weather, dragging, vibration, and prying eyes. They are outfitted with telematics technology, which not only lets us know where our cabs and trailers are at all times, but also monitors driver behavior and vehicle diagnostics, so we can be sure we are providing an optimized and streamlined journey for your assets.
In addition to our asset-based fleet, we provide both open and enclosed auto transport services through our 3PL partner fleet. These businesses are well-vetted carriers that exhibit the same dedication, values, and commitment to excellence as McCollister’s does. Among other checks, the vetting process includes conducting verifications of appropriate insurance coverage, DOT compliance, and internal best practices.
Our 3PL network gives us greater flexibility than auto transport companies that are solely asset-based. It enables us to quickly adapt to market changes and respond to customer needs, ultimately delivering greater value to our clients.

Through this platform, you can get quotes instantly. Book your transport immediately upon quoting or have the quote emailed to you to book at your convenience. Track your vehicles every step of the way.
With quote-to-book functionality, you have full control—no waiting, no hassle. We can also white label this service, which will enable you to allow self-quoting on your own website, serving as an additional revenue source for your dealership.
McCollister’s offers three levels of service, suitable for different needs and budgets.
All of our shipment options provide the responsive customer service and attention to detail McCollister’s is known for. Our platinum package features white-glove service and McCollister’s own top-grade equipment. This option delivers the ultimate in quality, setting the standard for high-end auto transport. Our gold and silver services are performed through our 3PL network of vetted carriers that we trust and partner with throughout the US. These options are more budget-friendly and may offer a quicker turnaround than our platinum package.

Choosing an incompetent and/or unreliable auto transportation partner can cost you thousands in lost revenue. Delays, damages, poor communication, and even thefts and scams can produce financial impacts that ripple across your operation, leading to significant losses that go beyond a single shipment. When vehicles sit idle, interest rates accumulate, depreciation increases, and resale value drops.
The losses caused by improper auto transport are not just monetary, however. Delayed and/or mishandled shipments will likely also harm your relationships with customers and other dealers, perhaps irreparably. In an industry where nurturing loyalty is fundamental to success, can you really afford to jeopardize your reputation?
Your customers and fellow dealers expect precision and professionalism just like you do. By partnering with a reputable and reliable auto transportation company, you can minimize frustration and inefficiency while maximizing revenue and satisfaction.
